Mike Bajsec was fortunate to grow up in the home of working class parents who instilled in him at a young age that with hard work and integrity, nothing was impossible. Mike attended Quaker Valley High School in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania (Just 20 miles from Pittsburgh) where he grew up, and learned early that he would have to choose to listen to his parents and become 'something' or end up working in a Steel Mill like his father did, and his father before him.
After moving to Southern California in 1980 to pursue a career as a saxophonist Mike was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug as a result of being a 'starving' musician. Mike moved into business because he was fascinated by the manufacturing and distribution processes which led into Production and Inventory Control positions with companies Gradco Systems and EPE Technologies, Inc.
After Fifteen years Mike was still yearning for new challenges as he realized that there was much more control on the financial side of business, so he moved into Sales and Marketing. Quite by accident (or providence) Mike was involved in the start up of two new business ventures and his calling was finally revealed. These opportunities were only marginally successful but had brought Mike into the wonderfully strange world of Mortgages, Banks, and Finance. As a mortgage broker Mike enjoyed helping people secure financing to achieve their dreams.
Combining his expertise and passion Mike finally discovered a marketplace that was searching for someone to solve business owners' concerns about what Mike calls “getting bankable”. Mike has a passion to help everyone realize the truth that anyone can get financing if they simply understand the rules and how to cut through the miss-information.
When Mike is not speaking or consulting with clients, he enjoys spending time with family (especially his wife Sandra of 24 years, his 5 grandchildren Bryauna 21, David 16, Darien 13, Alexia 11, Janae 10 and great grandson Tyson 5), playing his saxophone, driving too fast whenever possible, going to church, restoring his 110 year old house, watching old movies, an occasional cigar, hiking, walking in the woods, fishing, camping and promoting his favorite charities.
